Severe weather delivery and operations guidelines.

If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or above) or a 'Pre-No. 8 Special Announcement' at or before 06:00 AM, all school meal deliveries for that day are immediately cancelled.

If a Typhoon Signal No. 8 is hoisted mid-day while students are at school, delivery will proceed only if safe, or we will coordinate with school administrators to distribute food. Safety of our logistics crew and school staff remains our paramount concern.

All meals cancelled due to Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above will be credited in full to the user's account.

Amber & Red Rainstorm Warnings: Meal preparation and delivery services operate as scheduled. There may be minor delivery delays due to traffic conditions, but hot food temperature control is strictly maintained.

Black Rainstorm Warning: If a Black Rainstorm Warning is issued at or before 06:00 AM, school meals are suspended, matching the Education Bureau's school closure announcements. Full credits will be issued for all cancelled lunches.

If a Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted during school hours, students are expected to remain in school. In such cases, if meal delivery has already commenced or is safe to execute, we will deliver meals to the school. If delivery is impossible, we will work with school administrators to manage emergency arrangements.

Regardless of Observatory signals, if the Hong Kong Education Bureau (EDB) announces class suspensions for primary, secondary, or special education schools due to weather or disease control, our delivery to affected schools is suspended.

It is the parent's responsibility to check EDB announcements. Suspensions announced before 06:00 AM are automatically credited. Suspensions announced after 06:00 AM where food has already been prepared may be subject to a 50% food cost charge.

For corporate office deliveries, services are suspended when Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or above) or a Black Rainstorm Warning is active at 07:00 AM.

If the warning is lowered or cancelled at or before 11:00 AM, delivery services will resume for lunch, though minor delays should be expected. If warnings remain active after 11:00 AM, all daily deliveries are cancelled and fully credited.
